Job summary

Texell Credit Union seeks a Consumer Lending Consultant to work onsite at our Hewitt Branch. You will originate auto, personal, and credit card loans, conducting business via telephone, chat, text, and email while pursuing aggressive sales targets.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years direct to consumer sales experience, including high-volume inbound/outbound calls.
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience with analyzing credit reports.
• Comfortable with commissioned-based roles with aggressive sales targets.
• Strong understanding of consumer loan products (auto, recreational, consolidation, personal, credit cards).

Responsibilities

• Originate different types of consumer loans (auto, credit cards, personal loans) at the Hewitt Branch.
• Engage members via telephone, chat, text, and email to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Ensure all loan paperwork is complete and accurate with attention to detail.
