Job summary

Multiply Mortgage is seeking a detail-driven Loan Officer Assistant to support Loan Officers in building client relationships and preparing clean files for processing. The LOA will advise clients through early stages of home financing and coordinate touchpoints as directed.

Initial responsibilities include setting up files, data accuracy, AUS submissions, and lender registrations for the Cherry Creek branch, with potential remote support.

Qualifications

• This role requires 2+ years in mortgage, with knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and agency guidelines.
• Experience with AUS systems and mortgage compliance/disclosures is preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with LOS platforms and pricing engines is expected.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Job description

The Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) supports Loan Officers in cultivating client relationships and preparing complete, clean files for processing. They speak with and advise clients who are early in the home financing process on long-term planning and navigation of the process. They also reach out to clients as directed by the Loan Officer or the company to create touchpoints and cultivate relationships. Finally, they may set up files, ensure data accuracy, handle AUS submission, and lender registration as requested by the Loan Officers. Initially you will be assisting 3 seasoned LOs in our Cherry Creek branch location and may support additional LOs remotely.

This is a detail-driven, execution-focused role critical to operational excellence and loan quality.

If licensed, the LOA may also originate mortgages via their own self-sourced referral partners, but does not receive company-sourced leads.
