Job summary

First World Mortgage Corporation seeks a Loan Officer Assistant to support the loan officer in all aspects of sales and origination while maintaining exceptional customer service. You will coordinate upfront underwriting requirements, collect documentation, and help ensure timely closings.

You will review documents, order appraisals and titles, and work with underwriting and closing teams to clear conditions and close loans efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all upfront underwriting requirements.
• Review application documents and disclosures for completeness and accuracy to ensure compliance.
• Order appraisal and title; obtain missing documentation including paystubs, W-2s, tax returns, bank statements, etc.
• Submit loan files to underwriting in a timely manner.
• Validate AU findings and all info input into AU system and Encompass.
• Verify income, assets and debts on 1003 and credit; work with LOA, loan processor to satisfy conditions for clear to close.
