Ideal candidates will possess strong people skills, time management abilities, and experience with MS Office 365. The position offers $18/hour, commissions for funded loans, and personal days.

Job Description

• Responsible to help add value and growth to annual sales volume.
• Communicate positively and effectively follow up with consumers and lenders.
• Inform consumers with product knowledge and assist them with understanding what the best options are.
• Maintain timeline for all files to assure deadlines are met.
• Order appraisals, EOI’s, open title/escrow, analyze approvals, request conditions, prepare file for funding are just some of the daily tasks.
• Support our average close time of 20 days per file.

• Demonstrated abilities in the areas of problem-solving, analysis, and time management.
• People skills that forge professional relationships and support teamwork.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet time deadlines as well as independently.
• Ability/Willingness to embrace technology.
• Experience with MS Office 365 Suite (Outlook, SharePoint, Excel), Zoom.
