You will coordinate with borrowers, agents, processors, and underwriters, keep CRM data accurate, and help move files quickly while maintaining attention to detail. Office located in Creve Coeur, MO.

Qualifications

• Prior mortgage industry experience as a Loan Officer Assistant or similar role.
• Working knowledge of loan programs (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA) and the mortgage process from application to close.
• Familiarity with loan origination systems and standard mortgage documentation terminology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage loan files from application through closing, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
• Communicate with borrowers, real estate agents, referral partners, and processors to collect and track required documentation.
• Review income, asset, and credit documentation for completeness prior to submission.
• Keep loan files organized and on schedule, proactively flagging anything that could delay closing.
• Prepare and send approval letters, and other client-facing communications.
• Coordinate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to resolve conditions quickly.
• Maintain CRM/pipeline data accurately and keep loan officers updated on file status.
• Support marketing and follow-up efforts with past clients and referral partners as needed.
