Job summary

Mid-Missouri Bank in Missouri is seeking a Mortgage Loan Assistant to support the loan officer in coordinating secondary market loans. You will create new loan files, prepare disclosures, and verify documents in Encompass.

You will perform quality checks on loan checklists, communicate with loan officers professionally, stay current on products and regulations, and help with marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior related loan processing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of conventional and government loan programs is a plus.

Responsibilities
