Job summary

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of mortgage lending experience, and knowledge of mortgage processes. Associates or bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and follow up on outstanding loan documentation and conditions
• Review documentation for completeness and submit conditions for underwriting
• Order and track appraisals, title work, employment verifications, insurance, and other third-party services
• Maintain accurate loan files, documentation, and status updates within the loan origination system
• Coordinate assumption and release of liability requests from intake through completion
• Provide borrowers with timely updates, documentation requirements, and next steps
• Other job duties as assigned

In This Role, You Will
