Job summary

West Capital Lending in Rapid City, SD is seeking a Loan Officer to guide clients through the full loan process, assess financial data, and tailor financing solutions that fit individual needs.

You will work with an in-house manager and processing team to ensure a smooth experience, build strong client relationships, and meet both personal and team sales goals while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar financial role.
• Current NMLS Loan Officer license.
• Strong understanding of loan products, underwriting, and industry compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assess financial data and determine creditworthiness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and loan processing software.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Recommend appropriate loan products based on client eligibility and financial situation.
