Job summary

West Capital Lending, Inc. is seeking a Loan Officer to help clients secure financing that fits their needs.

You will guide applicants through the entire loan process, evaluate financial information, and recommend appropriate loan solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance. You will work with an in-house manager and processing team, enjoy lead support, and contribute to a collaborative sales and service culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar financial role.
• Current NMLS Loan Officer license.
• Strong knowledge of loan products, underwriting, and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and assess creditworthiness.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and loan processing software.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assess loan applications by reviewing credit reports and financial documents.
• Recommend suitable loan products based on eligibility and finances.
• Guide clients through the loan process from start to finish.
• Verify documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess loan applications by reviewing credit reports, financial documents, and client goals
• Recommend appropriate loan products based on client eligibility and financial situation
• Guide clients through the entire loan process, ensuring a smooth and informed experience
• Verify documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and support teams to drive timely approvals
• Maintain detailed knowledge of lending guidelines, market conditions, and regulations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and referral business
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Loan Officer or similar role in financial services
• Current Loan Officer license (NMLS)
