Job summary

West Capital Lending in Seattle is seeking a Loan Officer to help clients secure financing that fits their needs. You will guide applicants through the loan process, evaluate financial information, and propose tailored loan solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You’ll work with an in-house manager and processing team to deliver a smooth experience, assess creditworthiness, and build strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and referrals, while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Loan Officer or similar role in financial services.
• Current Loan Officer license (NMLS).
• Strong understanding of loan products, underwriting, and industry compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assess financial data and determine creditworthiness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and loan processing software.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
