Job summary

Maxim Lending Corp in Laguna Hills, CA is seeking a Senior Loan Officer with at least 3 years of mortgage experience. You will originate loans, provide competitive pricing, and guide clients through the approval process.

You will have access to top lenders, live transfers, and marketing support to grow your own team. The role requires active NMLS licenses and strong communication to close deals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of mortgage experience.
• Active NMLS license (multiple states).
• Preferred DRE license (1099) or DFPI licensing option.
• Proof of recent production.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and loan origination software.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, and conventional loan programs.

Responsibilities

• Originate and qualify mortgage loans with competitive pricing.
• Coordinate applications with lenders and processing teams.
• Maintain relationships with clients, referral partners, and real estate agents.

1. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Loan Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of mortgage experience and a proven track record of success in the industry.
