This is a full‑time, hybrid Loan Officer role based in San Diego, CA, with flexibility to work from home for part of the week. The Loan Officer will originate and structure residential and investor‑focused real estate loans, including DSCR, fix and flip, and other creative financing products. Daily responsibilities include consulting with prospective borrowers, assessing their goals, gathering and reviewing financial documentation, and guiding clients through the application and approval process. The role involves coordinating with underwriting, processing, and closing teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely loan decisions. The Loan Officer will also build and maintain relationships with investors, real estate agents, and referral partners, while educating clients on financing options, investment strategies, and Key Real Estate Capital programs.
