You will manage borrower communications and oversee loan lifecycle from origination to post-close, coordinating with Processing, Underwriting, Closing, Servicing, and Capital Markets to ensure timely execution.

The position emphasizes white-glove service, documentation review, and collaboration with loan originators and internal teams to address red flags and optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• This role requires 5+ years in lending operations or borrower-facing roles.
• Candidate must manage high-volume client communication effectively.
• Strong documentation review, pipeline management, and coordination skills.
• Proactive problem-solving across cross-functional teams is essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison for borrowers throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and follow up proactively.
• Oversee loan pipelines across underwriting, processing, closing, and funding.
• Support loan structuring and ensure alignment with policy and entity structures.
• Coordinate with Processing, Underwriting, Closing, Servicing, and Capital Markets.
