Citi is seeking a Transaction Management professional in Irving, TX to support loan origination and lifecycle management, including closing, servicing, and onboarding. The role involves improving processes, implementing controls, and coordinating with risk, legal, and operations teams.

The candidate will help maintain data integrity, deliver end-to-end transparency, and contribute to performance and efficiency initiatives across the loan lifecycle.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in transaction management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Tableau familiarity or other visualization tool experience.
• Experience with Loan IQ and transaction capture tools.
• Keen attention to detail with analytical abilities.
• Client relationship and solution-focused skills.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to build and development teams supporting loan origination and lifecycle management including syndicated and bilateral loans.
• Assist with creation of processes, standards, controls, and training for transaction management.
• Aid in design and rollout of technology, including testing.
• Provide training and support to transaction management staff and business units.
• Coordinate with originating and coverage lines, credit risk, operations, and legal.
• Ensure data quality and regulatory compliance across processes.
