Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Irving, Texas is seeking a Transaction Management professional to support loan origination, closing, and servicing coordination across syndicated and bilateral loans. The role focuses on data quality, controls, and end-to-end transparency throughout the loan lifecycle.

The position will require coordination with risk, operations, legal, and business lines, development of processes, and implementation of technology improvements to enhance performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with loan origination, closing, and servicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the build and development team to support loan origination and lifecycle management.
• Assist with the creation of processes, standards, procedures, controls, training, and implementation of transaction management.
• Aid in the design and implementation of technology including testing and rollout.
• Provide training and support to transaction management staff and business constituents.
• Partner with originating and coverage business lines, credit risk, operations, legal, etc.
• Ensure data quality and controls meet internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Define and implement operational metrics and risk/control reviews for end-to-end transparency.
• Improve processes and efficiency across loan lifecycle.
• Participate in projects to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Support loan remediation and system testing/migrations.
• Manage and close loan transactions/lifecycle events, troubleshoot issues.
