Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience.

• Quantitative skills with strong Excel proficiency.
• Tableau or other visualization tools familiarity.
• Experience with Loan IQ and transaction capture tools.
• Keen attention to detail; analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Client relationship and solution skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the build and development team to support loan origination and lifecycle management including syndicated and bilateral loans.
• Assist with creation of processes, standards, procedures, controls, training, and implementation of transaction management.
• Aid in design and implementation of technology including testing and rollout.
• Provide training and support to transaction management staff and business constituents.
• Partner with originating and coverage lines, credit risk, operations, legal, etc.
• Ensure data quality, controls and processes meet policies and regulatory requirements.
• Define and implement operational metrics and risk reviews for end-to-end transparency across stakeholders.
• Improve processes and efficiencies; participate in projects to enhance performance.
• Participate in loan remediation and system testing/migrations.
• Manage and maintain a deal closing pipeline; coordinate and close loan transactions.
