Job summary

Citi is seeking a Transaction Management professional to support the lending lifecycle, including loan closing, onboarding, data management, and quality control. The role covers syndicated and bilateral loans across corporate, commercial real estate, and structured lending, with cross-functional collaboration to meet regulatory and internal standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years of experience.
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage priorities.
Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft-based programs.
Tableau or visualization tool familiarity.
Experience with LoanIQ and transaction capture tools.
Attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Support loan origination and lifecycle management for syndicated and bilateral loans across various sectors.
Help develop processes, standards, controls, and training for transaction management.
Assist design and rollout of technology, including testing.
Provide training and support to transaction management staff.
Collaborate with lines of business, credit risk, operations, legal and other stakeholders.
Ensure data quality, controls, and regulatory compliance.
