Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a Loan IQ Trainer / Learning Developer in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) for a 12-month engagement to lead the development and delivery of training programs for complex banking software. The candidate will create facilitator guides, update materials, and support ongoing releases with rapid iteration.

The role requires experience in delivering trainings on complex systems, knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Articulate 360, WalkMe, SharePoint, Microsoft Office tools, Adobe Captivate,

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and facilitating complex training programs for diverse end-users, from front-line staff to operations.
• Experience delivering training on complex systems with frequent release cycles (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
• Experience supporting complex system rollouts and designing training for highly complex platforms.
• Skilled in training on highly technical software systems with ongoing enhancements.
• Able to learn new systems quickly and update training materials.
• Collaborates as facilitator, co-facilitator, simulation runner, and training support.

Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experienced in developing and facilitating complex training programs for diverse end-users, from front-line staff to operations, including creating facilitator guides and updating existing materials and develop new materials.
• Must have experience delivering training on complex systems with frequent release cycles (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), including continuously updating training materials.
• Must have experience supporting complex system rollouts and designing training programs for highly complex platforms.
• Skilled in training on highly technical software systems with ongoing enhancements, supporting both onboarding and ongoing releases.
• Quick to learn new systems and apply updates to training.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Articulate 360, WalkMe, SharePoint, Microsoft Office (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams), Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Genially
• Collaborates in multiple roles—facilitator, co-facilitator, simulation runner, and training support.
• Proficient in hands-on sandbox environments.
• Self-directed and motivated, able to work independently.
• Thrives in fast-paced settings, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Apply critical thinking scenarios, making sure to weigh all options to ensure best possible outcome

Highly desirable experience:

• Commercial Banking experience
• LoanIQ experience is preferred
