Job description

We are seeking an experienced Loan IQ Implementation Consultant to support enterprise lending platform initiatives focused on Loan IQ implementation, configuration, integration, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working within commercial lending or syndicated loan environments and will partner closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to deliver scalable Loan IQ solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Loan IQ implementation, upgrade, migration, and enhancement initiatives.
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to syndicated lending, loan servicing, trading, and operations workflows.
• Configure and support Loan IQ modules, workflows, and interfaces based on business and operational needs.
• Work closely with business users, operations teams, developers, QA, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
• Support data mapping, conversion, reconciliation, and migration activities.
• Analyze and troubleshoot production issues related to Loan IQ functionality, interfaces, and downstream systems.
• Create functional specifications, process documentation, training materials, and implementation plans.
• Drive stakeholder meetings, status updates, and cross‑functional coordination across technology and business teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards, and regulatory requirements within lending operations.
• Support integration efforts with upstream and downstream systems including accounting, treasury, risk, and reporting platforms.
• Participate in post‑production support and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with Loan IQ in implementation, support, or enhancement projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial lending, syndicated loans, loan servicing, and banking operations.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with Loan IQ configurations, workflows, and operational processes.
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall project environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced financial services environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Loan IQ upgrades or cloud modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis.
• Experience with APIs, interfaces, or enterprise system integrations.
• Prior experience in banking or financial services environments.
• Familiarity with testing tools and release management processes.

Pay rate is $100 to $125 per hour.
