Job summary

Motion Recruitment has an outstanding long-term contract opportunity in Charlotte, NC for a LoanIQ Trainer. The role requires delivering instructor-led training to Operations users, developing training materials, and aligning content with business processes in a hybrid work setting.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in LoanIQ, strong lending workflows, and proven training delivery experience, plus proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of LoanIQ experience and strong lending operations knowledge.
• Proven experience delivering system training, preferably LoanIQ or lending platforms.
• Ability to explain complex processes and system functionality to end users.
• Experience developing training materials, job aids, and structured learning content.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor-led LoanIQ training sessions for Operations users.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, job aids, and knowledge checks.
• Create role-based training content and real-world practice lab scenarios aligned to business processes.
• Configure training/test environments to enable hands-on learning.
• Partner with business and operations teams to support procedure creation and reviews.
• Ensure training content aligns with current processes, enhancements, and conversion requirements.
• Facilitate practice labs and reinforce learning through scenario-based exercises.
• Walk through LoanIQ screens and workflows during training sessions.

Contract Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions or FTE conversion

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of LoanIQ experience, with strong functional knowledge of lending operations workflows
• Proven experience delivering system training (preferably LoanIQ or lending platforms)

• Experience developing training materials, job aids, and structured learning content

What You Will Be Doing

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience supporting AFS to LoanIQ conversions or similar system migrations
• Background in Lending Operations (e.g., servicing, booking, payments, or loan maintenance)
• Experience working in UAT/test environments
