Job summary

Dexian in New York is seeking an experienced Loan IQ Business Analyst to support the delivery, enhancement, and ongoing operations of critical lending platforms for leading financial institutions. This role requires collaborating with stakeholders to optimize loan servicing processes and improve system performance across the loan lifecycle.

The candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and user experience, with responsibilities spanning requirements

Qualifications

• Proven BA experience in commercial lending, syndicated loans, or loan operations.
• Strong knowledge of loan servicing functionalities: servicing, accounting, agency deals, lifecycle processes.
• Experience documenting business processes and leading technology change in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for loan origination, servicing, repayments, restructures, and lifecycle events.
• Act as SME for loan servicing platform across modules and integrations.
• Translate business needs into functional specs, user stories, flows, and designs for dev teams and vendors.
• Lead or support SIT/UAT; create test cases; manage defects; validate outcomes.
• Provide production support through issue triage, data investigation, and coordination with tech teams and vendors.
