Qualifications

Experience as LoanIQ Business Analyst or SME on Finastra LoanIQ platform.
Strong SQL and data analysis skills with knowledge of loan data models.
Proven experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Work closely with business and operations teams to support LoanIQ-related initiatives and issues.
Analyze and understand LoanIQ data models; write queries and support reporting/data analysis requirements.
Support end-to-end loan lifecycle processes, including deal setup, servicing, and workflow management.
Drive process improvements and support STP of loan deals.
Investigate user-reported issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with Finastra for resolution.
Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
