Qualifications

• Experience supporting commercial lending, syndicated loans, or loan operations.
• Proficient with Finastra Loan IQ modules: servicing, accounting, agency.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specs and user stories.
• Strong stakeholder mgmt and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements across loan origination, servicing, repayments, restructures.
• Act as Loan IQ SME for servicing, accounting, agency, and integrations.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, process flows, and designs.
• Lead or support SIT and UAT, create test cases, manage defects.
• Provide production support through issue triage and data investigations.
