Job summary

West-Aircomm FCU in Beaver, PA is seeking a Business Lending Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support across the Business Lending Department, including loan origination, servicing, portfolio management, and collections. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Adobe applications strongly preferred.
• Credit Union experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Federal Tax Returns and financial statements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate account opening and funding for new borrowers, including verification of inbound funds and memberships.
• Verify wire instructions and support timely loan closings with Accounting.
• Review new loan files post-closing for accuracy and completeness, ensuring proper documentation.
