Job summary

Beacon Bank is seeking an operational support professional for the Managed Assets department. You will coordinate pre-closing due diligence, loan boarding, and post-closing activities while serving as the primary operational contact for borrowers and internal partners.

The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and deep knowledge of loan structures and workout processes. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, plus formal credit training, is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, develop, and implement various reports and administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and track Workout processes including workout approvals, Watch, transfers, risk rating changes and NACO forms.
• Coordinate pre-closing due diligence, including required documentation, flood determinations and compliance requirements.
• Prepare commercial loans and modifications for boarding and coordinate post-closing activities.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for borrowers, Relationship Managers, Loan Servicing, Compliance, branches and other internal partners while providing outstanding customer service.
• Provide administrative support including preparation of correspondence, reports and presentations.
• Coordinate with Compliance to ensure regulatory requirements and procedures are completed accurately.
• Provide operational support to the MAD team and assist with special projects.
• Assist lenders and management with meetings, events and other admin activities.
• Ensure compliance with banking laws and policies to reduce risk and uphold ethics.
