This full-time role involves ensuring proper authority, maintaining documentation, and assisting with verifications.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, strong typing, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while providing reliable support across loan

Qualifications

• Previous experience in loan processing preferred but not required.
• Good interpersonal communication and computer skills.
• Highly attentive to detail and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Strong typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates loan documents for all types of loans in a timely manner according to bank and regulatory guidelines.
• Checks and ensures proper authority to create the documents.
• Inputs new loan and new customer information into the core system.
• Maintains the document tracking for certain loans.
• Assists in imaging loan packages for Loan Processing staff.
• Assists in loading release fees to core system.
• Potentially trains on processing other loan types when time allows.
• Assists with loan verifications and with miscellaneous duties between Loan Processing and Loan Operations.
