Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of lending process and policies is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares loan documentation in the loan platform system and reviews closing packages for compliance, accuracy and completeness.
• Orders appraisals/evaluations and flood hazard determinations as required and tracks borrower payments.
• Prepares all loan documents in accordance with approved credit facilities and conducts title and lien searches.
• Follows up with internal and external customers to obtain missing data within set timeframes.
• Schedules loan closings to meet customer expectations and maintains records.
