Job summary

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of related experience and a high school diploma or GED, with strong reading, writing, and numerical skills to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare compliant loan documents in a timely and accurate manner.
• Originate the suspense/tickler reporting.
• Complete CRA and HMDA file reviews.
• Prepare monthly loan reports.
• Serve as a backup for other positions and perform duties as assigned.
• Enhance career through ongoing learning and education.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
• Participate in examinations, audits and third-party reviews.
• Comply with the Information Security Program and maintain high risk and security awareness.
• Establish a good image for the Bank by being active in the community.
• Attend meetings as assigned.
• Develop knowledge of the Bank’s products and services to provide quality customer service.
