Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and process new loans, renewals, and modifications.
• Coordinate and prepare documents for loan closings.
• Book and fund loans within the loan operating system.
• Monitor and maintain loan files for compliance.
• Process and reconcile loan transactions with customer banks.
• Audit daily loan activity and reconcile with the general ledger.
• Prepare reports for auditors, regulators, and examiners.
• Assist in monthly loan and board reporting.
• Maintain organized filing systems.
• Provide high-quality customer service as first contact for loan inquiries.
