Job summary

Happy State Bank in Conway, AR is seeking a Loan Data Review Specialist I to serve as the first line of error monitoring in the loan onboarding process. The role files appropriate UCCs to secure collateral and processes partial releases, ensuring accurate documentation and timely filings.

You will review booked loans, prepare files for booking, and handle requests via ticket, phone, and email while adhering to compliance training requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic accounting or related field; equivalent to two years of college and 19–23 months related experience.
• Strong communication skills for customer interactions.
• Numerical ability to handle discounts, interest, and percentages.
• Critical thinking to solve problems using data and documents.

Responsibilities

• Reviews booked loans to ensure accuracy across all documentation.
• Processes partial release of collateral in accordance with procedures and policies.
• Ensures recordation of online filings under the Uniform Commercial Code.
• Fulfills ticket, phone, and e-mail requests promptly and professionally.
• Reviews and processes incoming loan files to ready them for booking per file check-in procedures.
• Implements tracking requirements and parameters per loan type.
