Responsibilities

• Enter customer and loan information into the loan documentation system accurately.
• Assist with loan closing: packaging, closing, and post‑closing duties.
• Follow up on document exceptions to minimize issues.
• Assist with past due collections efforts.
• Support loan processing: order title searches, appraisals, flood determinations, verifications, and letters.
• Help prepare new loan requests with data input and financial gathering.
• Assist with renewals, modifications, and portfolio management.
