Qualifications

• LaserPro experience preferred.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory law.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather all necessary documents from the lender/loan portfolio manager to produce loan documents.
• Review all documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare loan documents using the LaserPro system in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communicate with all parties involved verbally and electronically.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and bank policy prior to producing loan documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
