• Knowledge of related Banking and Lending regulations.
• Certifications from CBT are required if applicable once in position.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes loan requests of varying complexity and prepares documentation.
• Ensures documentation meets bank policy and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinates with outside vendors and attorneys as needed.
• Reviews title work and ensures lien perfection with proper documentation.
