Qualifications

• Minimum of four or more years of loan processing experience for all types of loans.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and documentation.
• Ability to handle a heavy workload and meet deadlines.
• Experience with real estate, commercial, and consumer loan processes.

Responsibilities

• Process disclosures and documents for consumer 1-4 family loans for all locations.
• Ensure disclosures are timely and compliant with Reg Z and related rules.
• Process closing documents for personal, commercial, real estate and lines of credit loans.
• Train and lead loan processors; provide backup to data entry.
• Handle flood determinations and MLA verifications as applicable.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer financial data.
