Responsibilities

• Prepare loan documentation and coordinate with third-party vendors to order and track appraisals, flood certifications, and title searches.
• Maintain communication with internal teams, processors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of documentation.
• Verify loan documentation complies with credit approval, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Confirm pre-funding requirements are satisfied prior to loan closing.
• Identify and address documentation or funding discrepancies prior to closing; manage funding instructions and wire transfers.
