Wilson Bank & Trust is seeking a Consumer Loan Document Specialist II in Lebanon, TN. You will prepare consumer loan documentation, coordinate appraisals, flood certifications, and title searches, and support funding of loan proceeds.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in consumer lending including loan processing, documentation, and funding.
• Knowledge of TRID disclosures compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of loan documentation requirements, lien perfection, and collateral verification.

Responsabilités

• Prepare loan documents and coordinate with third-party vendors for appraisals and title searches.
• Maintain communication with internal teams, processors, and vendors for timely delivery of documents.
• Verify documentation complies with credit approvals, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Confirm pre-funding requirements before loan closing.
• Identify and address discrepancies prior to closing.
• Facilitate funding management including disbursement instructions and wire transfers.
• Categorize and file documents electronically.
• Review vendor reports and certificates for loan policy alignment.
• Assist with process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Cross-train with Consumer Loan Development team.
• Attend training as requested.
• Adhere to federal banking regulations including BSA/AML and consumer protection.
