Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking software knowledge or ability to learn quickly.
• Strong verbal and written communication, critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Editing of loan documents for compliance with regulations, bank policies, and bank procedures
• Communication with loan staff, primarily processors and lenders
• Assist loan officers and customers as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Share responsibility for completion of all departmental objectives
• Perform other job related duties and projects as assigned
