First Financial Bank is seeking an Indirect Document Intake Associate in Terre Haute, IN, located at the OPS Center on-site. This Full-Time, hourly non-exempt role focuses on processing and organizing loan documents, ensuring compliance, and communicating with dealerships and customers.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, banking knowledge, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with spreadsheets.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior banking experience with knowledge of bank products and services preferred.
• Strong computer proficiency, including spreadsheet software experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 75% of an eight hour workday.
• Ability to review information and details at close range.
• Ability to commute to the primary work location and occasionally to other work locations within driving distance.

Responsabilidades

• Process Loan Documents: Log and organize daily contracts received through multiple platforms.
• Ensure Compliance: Review documentation for completeness and adherence to program guidelines.
• Communicate with Dealerships & Customers: Follow up on missing documentation and title requirements.
• Support Internal Operations: Answer inquiries regarding indirect lending functions and assist with operational tasks.
• Assist with Mail Processing: Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing loan-related mail.
• Perform Administrative Duties: Provide general operational support as needed.
