The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality within a community bank environment.

Responsibilities

• Review loan files for compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Assist in preparing and organizing loan documentation for imaging and funding.
• Verify accuracy of data in loan documentation and note policy exceptions.
• Coordinate with branches to obtain missing documentation.
• Generate and review exception reports and follow up on items.
• Assist customers with loan payment questions and resolve issues.
