Job summary

Cascade Financial Services is seeking a mortgage collections specialist to manage delinquent portfolios and assist borrowers in resolving their accounts. You will contact borrowers, analyze financial situations, and offer available options to help bring delinquencies current.

The role requires 1–3 years of mortgage collections experience and knowledge of common loan programs. This is a US-based position with competitive hourly pay and bonus potential reflecting performance and tenure.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of mortgage collections or servicing experience.
• Working knowledge of GSE, FHA, VA, and Conventional loan programs.
• High school diploma required; college coursework preferred.
