Job summary

Join LendSure Mortgage Corp in San Diego as a Full-Time Loan Coordinator for Residential Transition Loans (RTL) / Fix & Flip. You will manage a pipeline of 20-30 loans, guide clients through each step, and ensure accurate, compliant closing documents on an on-site basis.

We seek candidates with a solid mortgage lending background, knowledge of RTL/Fix & Flip loans, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mortgage lending processes and closing workflows.
• Familiarity with RTL/Fix & Flip loan types.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loan closing by reviewing documents and ensuring signatures.
• HUD items and term sheet alignment in the system.
• Coordinate with escrow and broker on closing dates and contingencies.
• Prepare loans for sale and ensure compliance.
• Upload closing documents to Encompass.
• Manage a 20-30 loan pipeline and meet milestones.
