Deephaven Mortgage LLC is seeking an experienced construction and fix-and-flip lending professional to grow our national RTL channel. You’ll serve as the dedicated construction lending resource for the Account Executive team, helping identify, structure and close ground-up construction and fix-and-flip opportunities within broker and correspondent relationships.

This is a national business development role requiring collaboration across sales, credit and operations, with the AE owning the client

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in residential transition lending (ground-up, fix-and-flip, bridge or renovation).
• RTL underwriting knowledge: LTV/LC, after-repair value, borrower tiers, construction draws.
• Track record of originating or supporting production through brokers/correspondents/investors.
• Strong communication; collaborate with sales, credit and ops teams.

Responsabilités

• Serve as deal desk for construction and fix-and-flip opportunities.
• Partner with Account Executives on meetings and builder/investor talks.
• Help identify RTL opportunities within brokers/correspondents.
• Coordinate Deephaven/Anchor Loans across submission to funding.
• Identify and resolve issues to improve pull-through and timing.
• Develop nationwide broker/correspondent/investor relationships.
• Train AEs on RTL products and guidelines.
• Track pipeline and results; report and improve programs.
