Job summary

LendSure Mortgage Corp in San Diego, CA, seeks a Head of Operations to lead wholesale lending operations from application to funding. You will partner with IT to optimize LOS, CRM, and document management, driving efficiency and ensuring compliance with non-QM guidelines.

This on-site executive role requires 15+ years in mortgage operations, strong risk and credit oversight, and a track record of operational improvements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in mortgage operations, preferably wholesale lending and non-QM products.
• Strong background in credit oversight, underwriting, and risk management.
• Expertise in LOS, process automation, and operational technology.
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiencies and improving performance metrics.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 25% travel for site visits, training and oversight is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the wholesale lending process from application to funding.
• Collaborate with IT to enhance system capabilities and integrate LOS, CRM, document management, and compliance tools.
• Develop and implement process optimization strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure operational success and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with non-QM lending guidelines and regulatory requirements by working with compliance and legal teams.
