Responsibilities

• Manage loan officers’ schedules and assist loan partners with daily loan file activities.
• Manage the branch lead tracker and maintain professional business rapport.
• Schedule loan officer appointments including new lead consultations.
• Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately.
• Assist the Loan Partner II with clerical tasks.
