Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Partner to support our mortgage operations on-site. This role serves as the first contact for clients, Realtors, Builders, and business partners, requiring strong organization, multitasking, and discretion.

The ideal candidate will have mortgage experience preferred but not required; all training is provided hands-on. Working hours are 8 AM-5 PM, Monday-Friday, with opportunities for team events and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Keep Loan Officer and team on track with calls and schedule.
• Confirm all appointments the day before and the day of the appointment.
• Top priority is to make the team leader look good and keep calendar organized.
• Manage gifting program for Agents, past Clients, and Prospects.
• Schedule, plan, and execute monthly Happy Hours and team events.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and correspondence.
• Coordinate appointments, follow up on pending documentation, and track applications.
• Set and confirm all appointments for Clients to meet with Loan Officer/LP II; share needed items.
• Follow up with pre-qualified borrowers and leads; update referrals.
• Update referral partners on status of leads.
