Frontier Bank of Texas is seeking a Relationship Coordinator to join our lending team. This role focuses on keeping loan files moving from application handoff through closing, funding, and post-closing, while ensuring a smooth, customer-centered experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking, lending, or loan processing preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Keep loan files moving from application handoff through closing, funding, and post-closing.
• Partner closely with Portfolio Managers and our lending team.
• Coordinate with customers, title companies, attorneys, appraisers, insurance providers, and other partners.
• Stay ahead of deadlines, documentation, and outstanding items.
• Help make sure closings are accurate, organized, and ready to go.
• Support existing customer relationships with responsive, dependable service.
• Jump in on community and bank initiatives along the way.
