Job summary

Frontier Bank of Texas is seeking a Relationship Coordinator (Loan Processor) to act as the front-line service banker for prospects and customers aiming to start and grow a relationship with our bank.

The role prepares and books loans, supports daily branch operations, and helps grow, service, and retain customer relationships with Frontier Bank. A strong compliance focus and collaboration with portfolio managers is required.

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of the financial industry and federal regulations.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and communication abilities.
• Effective writing, speaking, and active listening.
• Proven ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial documents.
• Experience with lending platforms and customer onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and book loans for customers.
• Provide excellent customer service to existing and prospective customers.
• Support onboarding of new customers and daily branch operations.
• Refer opportunities to senior lending team and engage with partners.
• Gather required documentation and coordinate with attorneys, title companies, and appraisers.
