Job summary

Frontier Farm Credit is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist in Wisconsin. You will guide customers through the loan process, deliver product services, and serve as the primary contact via phone, in person, and digital channels.

The role includes monetary accounting tasks, handling payments, and coordinating applications from submission to signatures. You will document interactions, promote core products, provide sales support, and collaborate with teammates to resolve issues and referrals.

Qualifications

• Preferred Associate's Degree in Business, Finance or related majors or equivalent work experience.
• Two years of customer service experience or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the customer journey through the loan process and product delivery before, during and after closing.
• Be the customer’s point of contact, establishing relationships and providing exceptional service and support.
• Document customer interactions and help resolve issues, generating referrals and supporting the Sales Team.
• Coordinate loan applications from submission to signatures and assist with renewal/credit documentation.
• Manage office operations, payments, wire transfers, and client inquiries as needed.
