Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2‑4+ years consumer finance or related experience preferred.
• Cash handling; computer skills; customer service skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit customers entering the office or calling by phone.
• Process payments and review loan applications for approvals.
• Approve loans up to lending limits and complete closings.
• Handle account activities related to collections and customer communications.
• Prepare reports and maintain branch documentation; operate cash drawer and deposits.
• Actively market branch products and services to individuals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
