Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office; receive and verify information.
• Process payments, distributions, and loan decisions within limits.
• Approve loans up to established lending limits and complete closings.
• Handle collection activities including calls and in-person discussions.
• Prepare reports, correspondences, and maintain branch documentation.
• Operate cash drawer, process deposits, and balance records.
• Actively market branch products and services to individuals.
